Easilube® automatic lubrication
Easilube® is a single shot hydraulically powered lubrication pump that works in parallel with machine operations avoiding the need for timers, vent valves and pressure switches. This ensures that grease pressure is applied during movement, allowing the grease to be worked through tight bearings forming a labyrinth seal that prevents the ingress of contamination. Easilube® provides optimum bearing protection through high greasing frequency while tolerating the high levels of contamination and vibration present on mobile machinery.

Shuttle Car Hydraulics
Hyden has developed hydraulic systems for the underground shuttle car market over the last 15-years, offering significant improvements in circuit simplicity, robustness and efficiency. These systems offer advantages like variable cable tension and multiple brake interlocking valves, to ensure down time is kept to a minimum. Systems are available as a total upgrade package or individual components can be fitted to existing systems, to provide gains.

Enviro-spray water truck spray systems
Enviro-Spray was specifically developed for roadway dust control while providing a first response mechanism for fire fighting. This system gives adjustable spot spray, water rate proportional to machine speed and fully adjustable fixed rates and provides a 70-meter (76-yard) water cannon throw with positive foam injection. The hydraulic power is used efficiently such that the hydraulic pump generally operates at 60-bar (900-psi), reducing heat load and improving the cooling to the brakes.
